This will be my 10th year with the district. I work in facilities and I also coach Junior High athletics football, wrestling, and track. My favorite part of being a part of the Redhawks team is working with great people and being able to watch our students grow from young kids into young adults.
My hobbies include playing disc golf and going on adventures with my amazing wife. Without her I wouldn’t be able to do the things I do.

KD Northrup is an incredible ESS/ Special Education Para, and 6th-grade class sponsor who has been with the district since 2022.
Her favorite part about working on the Redhawks team is feeling that she is making a positive difference! She loves supporting students and contributing to the overall success of our school community, as well as witnessing their growth and the wonder they show when discovering new things.
KD's hobbies & interests outside of work include professional-level cat napping, hanging out with her pets and family (usually while they judge her cat naps), and enthusiastically starting home projects that may or may not ever see the finish line.
We're seeking enthusiastic assistant coaches for our Junior High and High School boys' basketball programs under the leadership of Coach Cardell Hills.

• Assistant JH Boys' Basketball Coach – $2,050
• Assistant HS Boys' Basketball Coach – $2,850
Practice Schedule:
• JH: 2:30–4:30 PM (starts October 21)
• HS Varsity: 4:30–6:00/6:30 PM (starts November 3)

Welcome to the Redhawks team, Roland Raybourn! Roland is a Student Nutritional Services Cook, who has been with us since August 8th, 2025 after moving from his home-state of Texas back in April 2025. His favorite part of working here: "There's such a strong sense of community amongst the staff and students that is so lovely and infectious."
His hobbies/interests outside of work are clowning (dressing up like a clown and doing clown stuff like making animal balloons), playing video games, and learning new things.
Roland is also a cat dad and has included pictures of them: Mango (orange and white boy), Dottie (black and white girl), and Taco (calico girl).

Hello! My name is Mark Lofgren and I am your friendly Head Custodian at LVHS. I have been working here for the last 3 years.
What do I like about working here? Definitely the people. I enjoy my co workers. Of course, the job does have its messy moments, but I like to keep a good sense of humor about it!
In my free time I enjoy golfing with my friends, spending time with my wife....and I guess my kids are ok sometimes too!
Meet Ben Ouellette, a super stellar custodian who has worked for the school for 3 years.
Ben says, "One of the things I like most about working as a Custodian at the school is having a real impact on the health of my community. Keeping the school clean and surfaces disinfected keeps the children from spreading illness both at school and at home."
Outside of work, Ben's hobbies include gardening, studying music, helping care for a TNR (Trap, Neuter, and Release) cat colony, Dungeons & Dragons, and writing.
