Schedule:Instructional days Monday – Thursday, 7:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.

Employees of La Veta School District are required to pass a fingerprint-based background check prior to beginning employment. The successful candidate will demonstrate familiarity with instructing exceptional students from diverse backgrounds and needs. The Secondary Special Education Teacher will consult and collaborate with grades 6-12 general education teachers to support student achievement.
The teacher will be required to facilitate students' mastery of the Colorado Academic Standards.
