Schedule:

Instructional days Monday – Thursday, 7:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.

Staff work days, Professional Development, and additional instruction days may be viewed on the District's 2023/2024 School Calendars.

Employees of La Veta School District are required to pass a fingerprint-based background check prior to beginning employment.  

The successful candidate will demonstrate the ability to develop curriculum for grades 4 - 8.  The teacher will be required to facilitate students' mastery of the Colorado Academic Standards for Science.
